4. Product Information & Authenticity

• Authenticity guarantee: Each pair is verified during intake, inspected under UV, and documented with final photo QC. We do not list fakes or replicas.
• Condition & presentation: Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate; however, minor variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting or device displays. If available, insole measurements and fit tags are provided per size.
• Availability: Items may be limited in quantity and are subject to return or exchange only per our policy below.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Offer & acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). We will notify you if all or part of your order is canceled.
• Pricing: Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to change prices without notice prior to acceptance of your order.
• Payment methods: Major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout are accepted. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order total, including taxes and shipping.
• Tax: Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Shipping windows: In‑stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking once dispatched.
• Delivery: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control.
• Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon arrival and report issues promptly.
• Shipping thresholds: Free tracked shipping applies to orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax) to eligible destinations as indicated at checkout.
• Address accuracy: You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition with original packaging and tags.
• Exchanges: Size exchanges are held for 48 hours once you notify support, subject to stock availability.
• Process: Contact [email protected] for an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• Condition check: Returned items are inspected. Excess wear, creasing, odor, or damage may result in partial refund or denial.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Final sale items: If an item is marked “final sale,” it is not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

8. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. One code per order unless stated.
• Promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Additional terms may apply.
• Gift cards (if offered) are non‑refundable, not reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
