How to start a return

  1. Have your order number and email ready.
  2. Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request – Order #12345”.
  3. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and a prepaid label if eligible.
  4. Pack the pair securely with original box, tags, dust bags, and inserts.
  5. Drop off within 7 days of receiving the RA.

Tip: Try on your sneakers indoors on a clean surface to keep the outsoles mark‑free.

Return eligibility

Eligible

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unaltered, with no creases or outsole wear
  • Original packaging: box, tags, dust bags, inserts included
  • Protective wraps and accessories intact

Not eligible

  • Final sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used, soiled, or damaged by customer
  • Missing original box, tags, or inserts
  • Customized, modified, or cleaned footwear

If an ineligible return is received, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Return shipping may be charged.

Exchanges

Size not quite right? We offer fast size exchanges on eligible items.

  • Request an exchange by email and include your desired size.
  • We hold the requested size for 48 hours once your RA is issued.
  • Your exchange ships when your original pair is scanned in transit or passes inspection.
  • If the size is unavailable, we can process a refund per your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Inspection time after delivery: 2–3 business days.
  • Bank processing: typically 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees and expedited services are non‑refundable.
  • Returns using a prepaid label for orders under $200 may incur a return label fee deducted from the refund.

Return shipping

  • US orders ≥ $200: prepaid label provided at no charge.
  • US orders < $200: prepaid label available; a modest fee may be deducted.
  • International: customer arranges and pays return shipping; duties/taxes are non‑refundable by us.

Packing your return

  • Place the sneaker box inside a protective outer carton. Do not ship using only the manufacturer’s box.
  • Include all accessories and inserts to avoid deductions.
  • Remove or cover old labels and barcodes from any reused carton.
  • Use adequate padding to prevent transit damage.

International returns

  • Contact support for RA and instructions before shipping.
  • Mark the shipment “Return of merchandise” to avoid additional import charges.
  • Original import duties/taxes are not refunded by us; consult your local customs for possible recovery.
  • We recommend tracked and insured service; retain your receipt.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please report within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and shipping box if damaged in transit. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund once verified.

Holiday returns

Orders delivered between November 1 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, subject to the same condition requirements.

Yes—indoors on a clean surface only. Please avoid creasing and outsole wear.
How do I track my return?
You’ll receive tracking with your prepaid label. You can also reply to your RA email for an update.
When will my exchange ship?
As soon as your return is scanned in transit or passes inspection, whichever comes first (subject to availability).
Do you charge restocking fees?
No restocking fees on eligible returns. Missing items or worn pairs may incur a partial refund or refusal.
How do gift returns work?
We can issue store credit to the recipient upon request. Please provide the order number or purchaser email to locate the order.
