Processing & cutoff times

  • Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET ship the next business day.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or US federal holidays.
  • Preorder items ship on their stated release window; mixed carts may split ship.

Tracking & notifications

  • Tracking link is emailed when your label is created.
  • Live updates from carrier; optional SMS notifications at checkout.
  • Tracking may take up to 12 hours to show movement after pickup.

Address changes & cancellations

  • Contact support immediately with your order number.
  • We can edit or cancel before your order is packed or a label is created.
  • After dispatch, reroutes may be possible via carrier and may incur fees.

Signature on delivery

  • Required on orders $400+ or at our discretion for security.
  • You can request Signature Required for any order (no extra cost).
  • Carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times; holds available at access points.

PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, AK/HI/PR

  • PO and military addresses ship via USPS; expedited services unavailable.
  • AK/HI/PR ship via USPS or UPS Ground with extended timelines.

Delivery issues

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your building manager.
  • Still missing? Contact us within 3 days of the scan so we can open a carrier trace.
  • Items damaged in transit are replaced or refunded after a claim is filed; keep all packaging for inspection.

Taxes, duties & fees

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable by state law.
  • No duties within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Packaging & sustainability

  • Recyclable outer cartons; right-sized packing to reduce waste.
  • Original shoebox protected with a secondary shipper box.
  • We minimize plastic and use paper-based cushioning where possible.

Shipping FAQ

We can edit addresses before your order is packed or a label is created. After dispatch, we’ll try a carrier reroute on your behalf (fees may apply). Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
Tracking typically updates within 12 hours of carrier pickup. If you see “Label Created,” it means your order is packed and awaiting the next pickup scan.
Standard services may deliver on Saturdays in some areas. Expedited and Next-Day services deliver Monday–Friday; Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee in select ZIP codes—contact support to check eligibility.
For gift orders, prices are hidden on the packing slip by default. You’ll receive a full digital invoice by email regardless.
